How does it work?

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Promenade Pancetti Belo Horizonte

    - “Everything was perfect! The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, the variety of food was very impressive. The location was awesome, the view to the city was so beautiful. We were really pleased with our days there. The staff was super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Brenda and Amanda, they made our experience there even easier and better. Also, one detail that I complain about most places is the lack of full length mirrors, but Pancetti have them in the bedrooms, as as we were going to a wedding, it was very helpful. They also had a regular hair dryer (way better than those that are hooked to the wall) and make up mirror. If you are there on Thursdays, don’t miss the street fair that happens in the street of the hotel, the food options are really good.”

  • Auberge Internationale de Quebec - HI CANADA

    - “The hostel is inside the city walls of Old Quebec City, very convenient for sightseeing. The property is clean and tidy in all areas-rooms, shared bathrooms, common areas, kitchen and dining area. I was able to use the secure storage room to stow my luggage before check-in. Included breakfast was decent, superior to free breakfast at some chain hotels. The bed (in a 4 person room) was comfortable. I appreciated the privacy curtain on the bed and the shelf with a light and plug.”

  • Margarenia

    - “This was the third time my husband and I visited Santorini, but it was the first time staying at this property and on this side of the island. Initially, we were reluctant to visit Santorini again but we really wanted our 12 year old son to experience it. We thought the island would be overpriced and full of tourists. However, to our surprise Margarenia was in a perfect location and the hotel was amazing. Our room was large and comfortable. My husband and I slept on a queen bed and my 12 year old son slept on a twin bed. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. The recessed lighting in the room created a peaceful and serene environment. The bathroom was the perfect size and the water pressure was amazing. My family and I never wanted to leave the room because it was so calming. Of course, we did do all the touristy stuff so that my son could experience the sunsets, Akrotiri and the volcano. The “black beach” is very close by and we spent the day there as well. We followed Angeliki’s advice who gave us perfect directions and restaurant recommendations and never steered us wrong. The breakfast at the hotel was also wonderful. My husband and I travel a lot and we’ve stayed in numerous hotels in Greece over the years. In fact we never write or leave reviews, but we had such a wonderful stay that we have to rank Margarenia as one of the best boutique, family owned hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We were sad we had to leave. (Please note, our room had a small kitchen and dining room table. We never used the kitchen but it was nice to have the extra space. The pictures on the hotel site are accurate- which is rare these days.)”

  • Mulu Marriott Resort

    - “Breakfast was designed to serve people from many locations and interests. Staff exceptional in service. I was surprised that the hotel took such care to protect the environment. People could enjoy the sounds, smells of the forest. And it didn’t feel like we interfered too much on the life of the communities.”

  • Chalet park Kroondomein Giethoorn

    - “The location and the stuff. The free bicycle. I really enjoyed my stay at the park.”

  • Apart House A4 Wrocław

    - “I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”

I love being on the 17th floor. And the floor to ceiling windows. Option to Crack the window open to hear the city of Chicago. They had options on the TV for sleep noises, so that helped with the voices next to our room.

Would want a microwave. We had to pick and choose what to bring back to the hotel. Sure, it had a mini almost like a makeup fridge but nothing to heat our food with. Unless we wanted to go down to the common area and use the microwave down there, like I said, we were on the 17th floor, so in and out of elevators just to eat warm food. There are plenty of outlets for a microwave. The walls were super thin. I could hear a woman video chatting with her child. I did the same with my own, but I don't wanna hear other people and children who aren't there! But what can you do? Rebuild the hotel, lmao. I would definitely stay there again, tho.

Rooms were spacious and well kept. The apparent remodel of the interior was welcome. Staff were friendly and quickly changed our room when we notified them of a refrigerator issue at check-in.

Shower didn’t drain well. First room the refrigerator needed a serious defrost. Exterior stairways definitely showed their age. Breakfast selection was a bit light (no side meat like sausage/bacon, no scrambled eggs).

There was nowhere to park. The valet spots were already taken up and I am assuming it was the valets were just sitting in the car. We had to park and walk quite a way with our bags and granddaughter. The pictures weren’t accurate. Bed was fine.

      The view

    • Negative section of review

Those rooms look nothing like the website they were disgusting. The ceiling was black from dirt on the ceiling fan. The vent in the room was filthy. The commode look like they should’ve been in a gas station. The bathtub was disgustingly dirty. The pillows were the size of throw pillows for furniture. The curtains were barely hanging on the hooks in the rooms not to mention my door number room 225 was written with a sharpie. A housekeeper a male housekeeper knocked on my door and I told him just a minute and he proceeded to just come into my room anyway.
