      We took a studio with terrace. With lovely weather it was wonderful to sit out on the terrace for morning coffee and in the evening. Some are kings with balcony which is the same - we needed terrace so our children could fit too. I also worked one of the days, in our room, using the desk. The studio with terrace has more "room space" which was helpful for that. king with balcony might have been more cramped and harder to work at the desk. pricing on booking was excellent discount, but it is expensive. Of course, it is new york.
