  Incredible ocean front view. All of us took time in the terrace to either relax, feel inspired or be in awe of the ocean. The place was clean when we arrived and had all the basics we needed for a family of 5. Access to the beach was very easy. Kids liked the different pool options including the small lazy river and the hot tub

  Though we knew it was a small place, it was a bit tight for our family, especially moving through the narrow kitchen. The main bedroom is by the side of the hallway, so it was always noisy even after 11pm. All the kids complained about that. The parking garage has very narrow passages, especially for a big car, so we had to always be very careful not to scrape the car.

  When the website states that check-in is at 3:00 check in is not at 4:00 or after as we were advised by the guy at the desk. We were on our honeymoon and drove seven and a half hours to get there and had to sit in the parking lot with our two service dogs for 3 hours waiting for them to clean the room. The room was already clean I watched the staff for 3 hours. I have pictures and video of the staff and one of the homeless guys on a bicycle doing a drug deal in front of our room while we were still in our vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It is dirty it is non updated and is falling apart. It's pretty bad when their marquee sign has more lights out on it than it does on. They do not do any maintenance whatsoever in the grounds were disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere, as well as drug deals all day and night long including involving the staff the housekeeping ladies. Not an hour after we had left they already tried to charge our debit card for an animal when I have already talked to them last week and told them that we had two service dogs for mobility and alert for my wife and I. I don't usually like to leave reviews especially negative but I feel that this might help people understand what they're getting into. My recommendation drive a little further and go to winnemucca, it is safer, cleaner and more amenities. We found carcasses of bed bugs underneath the bed and in the drawers. The first thing we were told is to go sit in the casino or go get something to eat while we wait for them to let us in our room. This is a racketeering scheme. They just want to make as much money off of you as they can. Steer clear from this place.
