The pool area was not taken care of at all. There was a green (maybe mouldy slime) on the floor in many areas… The pool inside at the bottom was not clean at all, and I even asked when I checked in if the pool area was clean due to some reviews and I was advised yes it was. Also the spa wasn’t working, which was quite a letdown as they don’t let people know when they book what facilities are unavailable to you. For breakfast many of the items were running out and took a while to be replenished. The room was okay but the carpets felt unclean. We felt like there was a possible change of ownership as this place was fantastic two years ago and it seems whoever is in charge now is slowly letting it go :(

We booked our rooms and a few hours before check-in, they called and canceled our rooms. We were left stranded with the kids. We had to emergencyly booked another hotel which was very expensive. Booking.com only paid $49 additional, which is nothing.

We spent the entire night killing roaches and flies. The TV was useless because the remote was not compatible with the TV and there was only antenna channels. The night desk guy was sleeping in the lobby and had the doors locked and he was armed with a 9 mm on his hip. The walls were falling apart from decay and animal damage. Most of the units were either occupied with long term tenants who appeared to be re-entering into society from the DOC or uninhabitable at all.
