      I requested an ADA room for my mother through booking.com and that was not reserved. There is no elevator, but there are luggage carts. How can you use a luggage cart to go upstairs when there is no elevator. Breakfast was a joke, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone.

      Very helpful staff. They seemed to care about their work. The man who was attending all the valet parking was especially helpful and gave us special service when we were attending our son’s college graduation. Very kindly provided access to the car for extra packing and unpacking. Liked that staff didn’t use the fake retail corporate speak- all seemed genuine with their unique personalities and were able to communicate in their own respectful styles.
