  The bed and pillows were comfortable! The suite was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast items offered nice choices, however, hot chocolate was unavailable. Grocery store is a 3-minute drive; super convenient! The pub across the street has great-tasting meals. Loved easy access to use computer station. We would stay here again.

  The a/c was set at 60 degrees when we arrived. We had to turn the heat on until the temperature reached the mid-70's. Kitchen trash can is too small. Daily, quick vacuum in the living room would be nice. In my opinion, a list of printed TV stations would be more helpful than researching through Cox' website.

  Stayed at the property to attend a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. It was about a 10 minute drive to the concert. Overall, I felt the property was safe. AC worked well. Fridge in the room.

  Holes in the curtains. Just dingy and old, as far as the room's appearance. Staff knocked on the door at 9:30 AM announcing room service? Check out was 11, so that was weird. Toilet was old and took a long time to flush and refill.
