The bungalows are too cute. They are very modern. There was plenty of room for us, we were 3 people- i could see fitting maybe 4 but no more than that. The bed was small but pretty comfortable. The second bedroom was just bunk beds- no air or TV, guessing more geared for kids. The grounds were clean and the pool was very nice. The staff was very nice especially Autumn and Mike, I think he worked for the boat rental place but they were both super! We extended 2 nights and had to move to a floating bungalow. They were cute and clean, and it was interesting to be floating- definitely an experience. If I did come back though, I would stay in a land cottage. Quieter and more private.

Our refrigerator smelled like fresh caught fish, so I bought some baking soda boxes and fixed that. The front door has a window with no blinds so your neighbors can see in from their patio. That was a little strange I thought. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom, we were there for 7 nights and never saw anyone vacuum it. There was also some scattered trash here and there, a wrapper, a bottle etc Our extra 2 nights in floating bungalow were not as nice. The cabins are up against each other so you are sharing a patio basically- and we had a loud family on either side of us, I don't know why they weren't next to each other but we were in the middle. Every other bungalow around us were respectful of others- but not them. We suffered in silence as it was only 2 nights but I wish we could have stayed in our first land cabin.

I like that it was on a private beach and it has an indoor pool and hot tub. Fire pit lounge chairs near the beach. Beautiful view of P-Town plus It's close to P-Town

The hot tub wasn't working when I went to the pool. There was a phone & I could hv called the front desk to hv it resolved, I chose to just take a swim in the pool which was very nice.

Location was easy to get to, breakfast was pretty good, and coffee/tea was available any time.

We were charged $10 to park in the hotel owned parking lot - unnecessary expense. The bedside lamp was broken and unsafe to use, found a pile of Cheerios cereal under the easy chair when we moved it closer to the T.V. Front desk staff mins of blew it off when I told them. A/C unit about drive me crazy with how many times it turned on and off throughout the night.

The landscaping hadn't been done in a while, the grass was cut during our stay and they never did inside the back yard. The mattresses could be more comfortable, they were to firm for us, the couch was softer. Other than that it was very pleasant.

My room smells bad. Just two bath towels for me and hubby for two days. Bathroom door was broken and also very difficult to close the main door in yhe room. Breakfast not good at all
