  Everything from the room, the view, the location was absolutely amazing. It was definitely a 10/10 stay, would come back over & over again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The only thing that could be better is the tvs, the bed one is kinda old so it’s a lot slower, and the living room one the sun kind of burnt it. But you should come to enjoy the city and the unit and have no screen time for a bit lol.

  So about 10 minutes after checking into my room I had just gotten out of the shower and a man walks into my room while I'm booty naked. I yell, obviously and he exits immediately. I went downstairs to ask how the heck a random man ended up in my room and the manager said "these things happen sometimes. Did he see anything?." IT DOESNT MATTER IF HE SAW ANYTHING THE FACT IS YOU GAVE MY ROOM KEY TO A STRANGE MAN! They didnt offer me a discount or anything. The woman apologized but the whole situation was super upsetting and could have put me in danger. I ended up having a panic attack and crying in the lobby and they didnt offer any type of refund, discount or anything. The job of a hotel is to provide safe accommodations and they greatly missed the mark and offered no compensation. The whole fiasco was embarrassing and I was really let down. Wouldn't return.
