I had requested to be close to the pool, which they were able to accommodate my request, and the room was in the building closest to the pool, so that was perfect. I also was able to get an early check in. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances of getting early check in, but if not they have a locker room and bathrooms in the indoor pool area. There is only one bathroom stall in the ladies room, but there is a larger bathroom in the lobby area. That is a bit of a walk from the pool, but doable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature, and they had plenty of towels available, along with very attentive servers to bring you drinks, food etc.

The late afternoon DJ music was too loud for the size of the crowd at the pool. There wasn't very many people, so it would have been nice if that was toned down a bit.

We knew we'd be gone for most of the day so we were looking for a solid, affordable place to sleep at night. This place was perfect for that. Nothing fancy, but perfect if you're just there to sleep.

Very close to ocean and boardwalk. Balcony on oceanfront rooms were nice and clean with comfortable chairs. Bathroom was semi clean, beds were comfy, and the fridge had a lot of room.

There was some black mold on the grout in the shower. Also house keeping forgot a washcloth in the bathroom from the last person so it makes me wonder how much cleaning they're actually doing. The bathrooms NEED to have a hook on the door atleast, considering my room did not come with hangers.

My main issue is that I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway and any loud neighbours, so I had some trouble sleeping. The soundproofing could be improved. (I think the sound comes through the door)

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, which is very important. Plenty of towels, the breakfast hot items were very good, coffee was excellent! Plenty of parking convenient parking. We took baking classes at King Arthur four Company , so the location of your hotel was very close.

Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely hard for me, I did not sleep well , tossed and turned all night. When i checked in , I did not notice there wasn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom, so when I went to take a shower at 6:30AM the next morning, it was a bit of a challenge, did have to use two of the big towels to mop up the water. I requested a shower curtain when I went down for breakfast and the front desk said they would take care of it. I didn’t get back to the hotel until 9PM that night, and noticed no shower curtain. I called down to front desk and there was no answer, so I had a second morning of no shower curtain, and housekeeping did not replace the 2 big towels I used the morning before, so I used 4 hand towels to mop up the water. Finally, the shower curtain was put up when i notified the front desk that third day that I needed a shower curtain
