I arrived after midnight after a very long drive. I am very grateful to the kind staff member on duty who made check-in a breeze and gave me clear directions and parking suggestions. There is free parking all around the building with secure card entry. Lots of trucks parked there, including some with boats. Bed was clean and fairly comfy, on the soft side. Had amenities like a mini fridge, ironing board, makeup cloth, among others, which I appreciated, even though I didn't use them. Same goes for the on-site gym and laundry. And even though I was leaving around 6:30 a.m., the same staffer had a hot breakfast sandwich ready to go for me in a bag with a napkin and a smiley face on it. The coffee and tea were out at that hour, too. A simple, welcoming kind of place with some good amenities.

The facilities are aging and there was a sign in the bathroom of my room that explained renovations are ongoing. But that meant my bathroom had plaster showing and slow drains. The parking lot lights shine through the room but there was a nice room-darkening, pull-down blind that helped. I found a few hairs and some dusty areas in the room, but wouldn't call it dirty. It was fine for a short, last-minute stay before an early fishing trip nearby.

The room was very clean and probably recently renovated with the exception of the kitchen are and bathroom fixtures and ceiling tiles. The beds were small (full size), but comfortable. There was a newer refrigerator, old microwave, very old and rusted coffee maker, older 2-burner cook top with a decent amount of cookware and dishes. You will have front row seats for every happy hour, meal, DJ and live band, so if that's not your thing, skip this hotel. The view of the inlet and boats was perfect and most everything you could want was within a short walking distance including the boardwalk.

The room was a bit small and felt a little cramped for the amount paid. Its odd that they would renovate the rooms, but not the kitchen or bathroom fixtures, appliances (except the fridge), and bathroom ceiling tiles. The Inn is 3 stories with no elevator, so if you have difficulty with narrow stairs, ask for a lower floor or skip this hotel. If you drive a larger truck or SUV, you will at some point be told by the valet that you cannot park at the front of the building (unless , of course, you are friends of the valet 👌) The reason given was that these vehicles would block the walkway, which my truck did not. However the larger black GMC Denali 3500 Crew Cab truck and GMC Suburban that were allowed by the valet to park did block the walkway because of how and where they were parked. When I called to inquire at the front office about this, the gentleman told they prefer not having trucks park there, but he had no reply when I told him there were currently 3 trucks parked there. I also asked why the hotel doesn't just post a sign to the effect? His reply was he just came on shift and he can only make recommendations.

It was a convenient location for going to the Grand Tetons. Beautiful views of the mountains and overlooking the horses in the coral. The scenery was so awesome. It had that typical western flair with covered wagons you could choose to stay in. We stayed in the lodge, which was nice but a bit small.

We were not happy about the restaurant. We walked in and were completely ignored. We sat there a full 10 minutes before walking out. The prices are ridiculous, but we soon found that was actually average pricing for the area, so I can't actually fault them for that. We did later discover that the service is ala carte, meaning you have to go up to the bar to order your food. But there was no signage explaining that and I've never been to a restaurant with that standard so how was we to know.

Beautiful room. Walk a couple hundred feet and you are at the MOA, at less than half the price for a room that is NICER.

I love the suite compared to the double queen. The king-size bed in the suite is great!

The elevator is in need of deep cleaning or replacement of flooring. It displayed free breakfast, which is not available. The floor in the room was very dirty. The shower was not functional. I called the front desk, and staff came out and told us we could shower with cold water that he could. We had 3 autistic children in 2 rooms rented. I was told it would be fixed at 9:30am the next morning, maintenance never showed up, and the front desk was avoiding my calls to be told at check out the maintenance was elsewhere.

The actual property is Delray Towers, and it is amazing! Kasa property mgmt on the other hand is very lacking. It was a struggle every day to receive a frying pan, a spatula, a working hairdryer and sadly toilet paper. However, because the property is so great I would go back. I would just have to be sure I bring all of the necessities with me.
