Amazing ranch, it exceeded all our expectations. Wonderful location, with gorgeous grounds, lake and mountain views. We really regretted that we only took one night in this wonderful place. The house has very comfortable beds, everything you need for cooking and laundry. PS While drinking morning tea on the veranda we watched hummingbirds drinking on the porch

Great house, comfortable beds, clean, convenient. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Special thanks for the washing machine and dryer. The location is also great, early in the morning we calmly set out for the Yosemite national park.

Extremely nice and clean. Bistro and bar area very upscale and retro. Nice outside patio with comfortable seating that overlooked the quaint downtown area.

No hair dryer in room. A little strange since almost all hotels supply one now and I did not bring my own . Parking lot and road leading into hotel were extremely rough and full of holes. It was almost like a beautiful hotel was dropped right in the middle of an area just being developed.

The service and staff attitude are absolutely terrible! Literally every single employee there doesn’t even try to hide their disgust towards you. The receptionist can stay bent over their phone without even looking up while you’re trying to ask for help or resolve something. It feels like they all go through some kind of special training on how to neglect and disrespect guests! The only exception is the senior manager (a young man with a beard, usually in the mornings). He is genuinely dedicated to service, always ready to help with any issue, and truly cares about the guests. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember his name, but thank you so much for your work! The rooms are full of ants crawling on the tables! We unfortunately stayed here for a whole week, and during that time, our room was cleaned only ONCE! And the most outrageous part: they cleaned it only on the FOURTH day, and only after I personally went several times to request it. For three days straight, they looked me in the eye and promised it would be done. The last time, another receptionist even told me it was my fault that the room wasn’t cleaned, because we had extended the booking! Again, the staff openly treats guests like idiots. I’ve never seen worse service, not even in budget hotels. If you are looking for a proper gym, this is not the place. Apart from a couple of treadmills and an elliptical trainer, plus a few light dumbbells more suitable for kids or women, there is nothing. As for the pool — don’t waste your time. It’s tiny, maybe suitable only for a small child. The photos look nice, but in reality, it’s nothing like that. And finally, the cherry on top: in the middle of the week we extended our stay, and the receptionist asked if I wanted the receipt emailed to me. I said yes, and she sent it. After check-out, I needed the second receipt for my records, so I wrote and called several times. Every single time, they told me it was “impossible” because the booking was made through...

One of the tvs did not work the room was dirty the couch looked like it had blood stains all over the one cushion that was flipped . And the front desk guy grabbed my phone and gave himself 5 star rating on everything . Would have asked for my money back but the guy that was manager the day I checked in was not there ..
