Modern fresh retro look. Great decor. Walking distance to great restaurants. Everything updated and cute. Coffee machine in room and microwave and fridge. Loved the colors. Dog bowl for those with pets was cute. Extra touches.

The breakfast was marginal. Waffles good. Biscuits were hard I think there wasn’t enough water below. The boiled eggs were left w no water as well. The gravy was so sad did not taste like gravy was not homemade.

There was no manager or supervisor on site all day I was told by Jennifer. She gave a key to my room to a couple who opened my door w a key at 8:50am. I tried to call the front desk and the phone had no dial tone. Check in time is at 3:00. What happened? The girl said my room was not registered. I had the registration on my phone. I was so scared the couple or the man would come back w access to my room. No security or support anywhere. The only thing they did was comp my room I should have been offered a few days my nerves were shot. I called the complaint for the company and spoke to Rae who was kind I asked her to have someone from the administration to contact me and I have not heard a thing. No courtesy at all. Why! I’ve never had this happen to me people walking into your room w a key. Come on. I would appreciate a call back or help. Thx

Nothing wrong but nothing great about it. For $280 a night it should be a nicer room. Our room was close to the reception area so we could hear people talking late, and then people were talking in the hallway by 5:45 in the morning and waking us up. It was fine for one night, but I definitely would not want to stay in it for several nights, and the value for what you got is just not there. This room should’ve been about half as much as what it cost.

We loved the spacious accommodation for our family of 5. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing.

The mattress’ were awful. Definitely need to upgrade. Our bodies were sore every morning. We didn’t love that the majority of the pool was closed off in sections. Our boys would go on the waterslides and we couldn’t enjoy the other half of the swimming area near the slides to watch them because it was closed off. There was a small area near the restaurant open and it would have been nice to spread out. They said the slides were open daily at 10:30 but often there wasn’t a lifeguard staffed at the slides so it would be open intermittently through the day.
