The location was great walking distance to the north station/td garden, the staff was SO friendly and even allowed us to check in early, the coffee was a great perk too and my husband said the shower was great

They do need to get better pillows! Also the trash in our room was not emptied but we also checked in 2 hours early so its partially our fault and I found it weird we didnt have a shade for our window that was facing another building with rooms, you dont get a TV or couch or table its strictly just a bed and bathroom but that's all we needed for this trip

I used booking.com to book our stay. I made a mistake and actually needed 2 nights. Didn’t have time to call the property as we were traveling so I hoped either I got a response from booking.com or could get help from the property. When I arrived I told the front desk person my situation and needed 2 nights instead of 1. I also mentioned I made the request on booking.com. He said unfortunately, he could not do anything since it was on booking.com system. I was disappointed and I just booked the second night hotel stay directly with him. Interestingly though, I got a message from booking.com later that it was a reply from the property and the message read “request declined. I arranged a new reservation.” SO THE SAME PERSON THAT TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT HELP ME WITH THE RESERVATION I MADE WITH BOOKING.COM BECAUSE IT’S A DIFFERENT SYSTEM REPLIED THROUGH BOOKING.COM TO REJECT MY REQUEST….. So in the end, I had to pay more, and give two $100 dollar deposits and even though i booked for a new second night, our room wasn’t even cleaned (new bedsheets/towels/garbage pickup). I realized this is because we were in a busy part of city, and close to all the summer activities in Anaheim (Disneyland) and the workers and the hotels don’t care. They will always have customers and don’t need me so they don’t go out of their way to help. Just the reality when there is high demand.

The room was not up to standards. The slider was extremely hard to open and we just gave up using. The refrigerator almost fell out when we tried to open it. The couch had a cover on it that came half way off and was all rumpled up. There wasn't even a door mat to wipe your feet. For the price it was very disappointing! I've stayed in wonderful hotels that accommodate pets and had carpets and nice sofas but this place was ridiculous!
