  The room was spacious (the bathroom alone was bigger than some hotel rooms we've used in London & NYC) and even luxurious. Very nice shared spaces and we even played the piano. The on-site manager was friendly and informative. Temperature, furnishings, and ambience all just right. The location was quiet even with the windows open (love the fresh air!) thanks to being a bit North of town) and the other guests were friendly. An easy drive into town We felt this was an EXCELLENT VALUE, a nice complement to our splurge experience w friends at (Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️) Single Thread

  The shower in our room was new(?) and not installed properly and took some finagling to get right. A bit of confusion about checking in (info about the new key system only sent while we were driving up and booking.com alert didn't pop up on my phone). The breakfast was uhh, modest although I liked the coffee.

  Any issue was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. The night shift guy could have been a bit more polite being asked to handle a noise complaint at 1am. But, he was also woken up.

  When I arrived, the toilet was full of black water and stayed that way until the next morning... when there was absolutely no water, no shower, no nothing.

  I booked an apartment with lake view so was very nice, quiet. The apartment was very spacious.

  The unit doesn’t have AC. The pool and the jacuzzi should be renovated, they look old and the outside jacuzii has a lot of flyes and mosquitos around it.
