Staying in the area was unexpected. The pictures were definitely deceiving. I planned to go for a swim and when I went down to the front desk to ask for a towel. They stated there were none. The room was ghetto looking. Different painting for watch patchings. The fixtures were dusty. One of the lamps did not work. In the morning I went to retrieve the water bottle I put in the fridge on the door in a hurry the night before. When I looked closely there was a small pizza box with leftover pizza in there. Gross. Tells me they don't clean as they should. Would never stay here again. I'd rather pay more for a piece of mind.

The service desk was not welcoming or friendly. When I let brought the dutsy room to her attention she did not offer a room change. I was told I already paid so a refund was out of the question as well.

The room was very nice. The setup flowed well, there were plenty of outlets, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the book light on the swing arm near the bed was nice. There was a sign on the mirror indicating the closet was behind it and there was also a bright light inside the closet. Above all it was clean!

There were no charging ports on/near the bedside lamp/table. The bathroom door was far too large for the bathroom space. You have to side-step next to the toilet to have the door open/close. The lighting above the sink needs to be brighter for makeup application, shaving, etc. There was a gap under the main door and the noise level inside the hotel hallway was loud inside the room. The quality of the breakfast offered was terrible.

Everything in the room seemed to be very new, but most importantly, everything worked as it should. Excellent experience! It was also right next door to the Arc Encounter. We had already paid for parking at the Arc Encounter, but they refunded our money since we stayed at this Hampton Inn!

They had no housekeeping the whole time I was there , you have to swap your towels and blankets out everyday before 8pm they never had regular hand towels , the toilet had a foul Odor it was so tacky

Desk clerk was on phone 10+ minutes and didn't acknowledge me . Not a fan of pay for parking. Especially in Everett. Not that large of a town, and ample space for non-pay parking.
