      I liked that the room was spacious and the bed was firm. The room was clean and their facility and staff was kind. Great value. Definitely will return.

      The water pressure could be a lot better and the shower head could be updated. Get one where we can hold and feel like we are getting our whole body clean.

      This hotel was priced at a good value and is located near several stores and restaurants. The air-conditioning worked very well once it was turned on.

      The hotel could use some more cleaning and pest control. The heat was on 88 when I first walked into the room.

      I liked where it was located. You could park and walk to pretty much everything in Downtown Gatlinburg. Water pressure in the room was great.

      I didn't like how uncomfortable and soft the bed was. Didn't support me at all and I am not over weight. Kept waking up. I didn't like that the curtains didn't block out the light as I like the room dark to sleep. The air conditioner didn't work properly or something because it just wouldn't stay at a comfortable setting or temperature.

      The room was really warm and neither turning on the fan or opening a window helped. The TV was too small and the juice machine in the lobby would sometimes dispense dead fruit flies.
