  Everything! The crispy newness. The super cleanliness. The scent both in the lobby, hallways and room. The larger than live King room. The view onto a horse track. The casino at the base of the property and the variety of machines, also the cleanliness there. And the proximity to Churchill Downs Museum and Kentucky Derby grounds.

  Location! I travel between Houston Medical facilities and League City and the location is convenient to Hobby airport and these other facilities. It is near lots of restaurants and shopping. Costco is next door! Easy on/off to the highway.

  The front of the hotel is a bit noisy due to the parking lot, entrance and the highway nearby. Otherwise, no significant complaints.

  I picked this hotel, due to it being across the University and helping my daughter get moved into her dorm. This has been one of the worst booking ever. So bad, that I checked in at 12 AM and was gone within 20 minutes. The Hotel smelled of weed, even though they emphasis a No Smoking policy. Definitely don’t recommend this place if staying with children. The original room key that was assigned, was an already occupied room. Had to go down to be assigned another room, and that room was beyond filthy, stains on the floor and dead roaches. Roaches on the walls, mold on the walls and by a/c vents. The elevator broke on us, while we were in there. Had to use the stairs to get to the 4 floor, carrying my luggage a toddler after driving for 13 hours straight. Then seeing the filthy conditions, I had to go back down the stairs with all our luggage and my toddler. What a nightmare! This place was beyond disgusting, please avoid this location. It was unsanitary and unsafe.
