The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Amazing views to enjoy. Helpful staff and great ambiance. Stayed in the 600s rooms and we had the best look of the sunrise and sunset.

The bed was comfortable, and the amenities made it fun and relaxing.

Had to defrost the freezer to get the fridge working properly. Seems like this has been an issue before, and they probably just need to have a more regular schedule of doing this.

When the employee at the front desk saw my request for handicap parking, she switched the room I had originally reserved on the second floor to one on the first. As this hotel did not have an elevator, I greatly appreciated the accommodation and consideration.

Multi-story hotels always benefit from having an elevator to accommodate the guests as it can be cumbersome and inconvenient to haul luggage up and down the stairs. While adequate, the continental breakfast would have benefitted by having more options available. Also, some items were no longer in stock while there was still an hour of serving time remaining.

When we arrived in the later afternoon, and went to our room, we were surprised that the hallways were still left quite dirty. Staff was cleaning rooms but the hallway floors were a mess. Also surprising that the snack bar charged for items in the snack room
