The property itself seemed very nice,but even the nicest property isn't worth it if the staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no real motivation to provide service.

The night staff. Even though I got an email confirmation that a pack and play was available and would be provided, the 2 night staff on duty stated they didn't carry them and did not appear to look for it or call someone for help. The next morning, a very professional GM said there was one available and gave us a generous credit, we had very little sleep with no way to put an 11 month baby to bed safely.

Having my guests have to pay for WiFi The whole pool situation- you need to tell your guest that it’s 50.00 a chair just to sit by the pool. Even when there was 2 hours to closing. I never saw any of this while booking. Just said outdoor pool 21 and older. Horrible encounter with slot attendant, first machine my sister sat at to play the machine jammed her voucher so machine froze. 30 mins she had to stand there while I walked around not one attendant or employee in site. We finally wave down a security guard who was able to get an attendant for us and she was completely nasty from the second she came over and then ended up just saying I gotta go and walked away from us. This was my sisters first time ever experiencing this and this was just a horrible way. Will not be returning to this place. And half the food places are not open Mon-wed and the ones that are close at 8:30.
