  That was the first and last time we stayed at this hotel. Staff so incompetent. We arrived with prepaid in full reservation, but hotel had no records of it. We were two guests, but at the check out when it came to credit our free breakfast that was included in our reservation, we were told that they have no record of my husband, when it’s clearly stated two guests at our reservation. At first we were even told that they don’t have free breakfast. I had to pull my confirmation of reservation email to prove them wrong and I’ve called booking.com to have the matters resolved. Staff on the end kept just apologizing, but it was too late. Now I’m waiting for my breakfast to be credited. I’m not even sure if that would even happen. Since by the time we were checking out, they have incomplete information of my reservation in the system. We don’t advise anyone to stay at this hotel. By the way, Italian food downstairs at the restaurant, was terrible! The worse we have ever tasted.

  Hotel was great! The room was big, spacious and clean. Staff at counter at check-in was great and friendly. Free breakfast was good which provided eggs, waffles, bagels, toast and other breakfast items. The staff kept the breakfast area clean at all times. Hotel location was good for us and we felt safe as we walked at night to get some dinner from Taco Bell which was located a block from the hotel.
