Our room had broken marble on the front of the tub, the chairs both had loose legs, not safe to sit in. The room darkening shades were very dirty, and there were staples coming out of the rug.

The only thing I wish the room we were in had a chair. I know the rooms are “cozy” but instead of the small table and stool, which wasn’t useful at all a chair would have been nice. The only place to sit in our room was the bed.

before we arrived we called multiple times to make sure our check in time would be available since it provided the option to select a check in time and it said that our check in time would be considered based on availability and no one could answer our question so when we arrived we had to swap rooms so i never had the room that i had originally paid for, the light in the bathroom didn’t work neither did the wifi in the room
