The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

I loved everything about this newly renovated hotel. It was comfortable and quiet. I will tell everyone I know who's going to visit Macon about this chain.

The staff, location and the fact it has a kitchenette! The new decor is great!

Unfortunately there are only 2 elevators and one was out of service during this stay only. Also on this trip they are remodeling the hotel but again that will only be for a short time.

We’ve stayed at the Dolphin three times now, and unfortunately, this last visit left us questioning whether we’ll return. The quality has noticeably declined. 🛎️ Check-In & Unexpected Fees Check-in was relatively smooth, but we were blindsided by an extra cot fee. We’d assumed it was included in our reservation, but were told that unless we had five guests instead of four, the cot wasn’t complimentary. That logic felt baffling and frustrating—especially after multiple previous stays. 🛏️ Room Condition The room itself was tight, and the bathroom was so small it was hard to turn around in. Several fixtures were in disrepair: the towel rack and makeup mirror were barely hanging on, and none of the USB ports in the lamps worked—two were visibly damaged. It didn’t feel like the upkeep matched the price point. 🍝 Dining Experience We tried the Italian restaurant at the Swan, and sadly, it was a letdown. We were forgotten by the staff and waited over an hour for our food. By the time it arrived, our child was understandably hangry, and the evening felt more stressful than special. 🚍 Location Perks The only real highlight was the location—easy access to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and the bus system. That convenience has always been a draw, but this time, it wasn’t enough to outweigh the disappointments. ❌ Final Thoughts After three visits, we’ve seen the Dolphin at its best and now, unfortunately, at its worst. The decline in service and room quality, paired with unexpected fees, makes it hard to justify another stay.

Location was good and short distance from everything. Facility was clean and comfortable.

Thankful for the premises was clean but mopping behind the quest when walking around the breakfast bar and elevators without any wet floor signs being posted could be a bad situation if someone slips. Just looking out for a place that was comfortable and clean.
