  This was a wonderful place for us. We were in that area primarily to visit Volcano Nat'l Park, and it was right next door. The small town of Volcano itself has a few restaurant options, and a small general store as well. Everything we needed was there. We have stayed in many places, and I don't think we have ever seen a better appointed kitchen. They have every appliance imaginable, and everything other item you would need. There are several outside sitting areas. The hosts provided great information, and were very responsive to any questions. We really have nothing bad to say about this place.

  The bed mattress needs an upgrade. Very sunken and uncomfortable. Our car got towed and our parking pass had fallen off and down on the floor....the place wasn't even packed all the parking spots open....pretty sad😢 I could see if the place was packed we obviously we're staying at the place. They should put a warning pass on your car first time before they tow it. I kind of felt that the place was in cahoots with the towing company to make a few bucks
