The location is good, about 15 minutes from Disneyland and 5-10min from Knott's Berry Farm. Restaurants and gas stations are nearby and for that reason we will probably continue to stay here. The young man who checked us in was very kind and chatty, hard to find welcoming staff nowadays and that's great. The room was okay, we were comfortable.

My main complaint with this place is the cleanliness. They do not tend to clean very well the 4 or 5 times we have stayed here it's gotten worse with every trip. Hairs and weird black fuzz on the bed, the bathroom sink is always gross with weird stains and even urine droplets in the toilet. It seems the staff run through rooms really quick overlooking a thorough cleaning.

Central location in Korea Town. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The coffee and muffins in the morning, though simple, were a nice addition. Like the fact that there is parking and a security guard to help tell you where to park when the lot is busy, since there are some restaurants there too.

I loved how nice and accommodating the morning staff was! The room was super clean and any problems I had, when I went to the front desk they did everything they could to make sure my needs were met!

They said they have breakfast but when I went down there I saw no breakfast some oatmeal and coffee and that was it.. I'm currently pregnant so eating a big breakfast is something I need every morning so I was super let down with that. Also the dryer machine ate my money for drying my clothes and when I told the night shift front desk person he didn't offer to give me my money back or anything so I lost 10 dollars altogether trying to put quarters in and the machine refusing to take them.. didn't offer to refund me or accommodate me by giving me a free one time dry for the inconvenience

The value of the property is excellent for families. The one bedroom condo is quite large, and can easily accomodate two small kids in the hallway bunkbeds. Two full baths were also very nice.

Bathroom was clean and recently refurbished, but sink was plugged. Nice new Mercedes van, but was lacking an entry step and this 80 year old had to lift his wife in and out. Driver did handle luggage from the street.

Phone number to summon van doesn't work. Entry Elevator doesn't work ( another guest helped us haul luggage up/down stairs). Ice machine doesn't work. Old, run down facility, many layers of paint over damaged surfaces. worn out sheets and mattress, wall light falling off wall, furniture in room damaged so bad Goodwill would refuse it. Afraid to eat the waffles. Went to nearby BK after check in for an iced drink in the run down scary area with observed unconscious individuals. Probable drug and prostitution in street and inside restaurant. They can't help that. Wished I had a weapon, but NYC Rules. Should have burned our passports and claimed sanctuary.
