  I forgot my suitcase cover in room 620 and they did not find it. This is really not believable. The staff tried to locate it but failed to trace it. THIS IS REALLY UNBELIEVABLE TO ME as I am regular traveller around the globe. In other hotels they keep a small thing left in the room.

  Booking.com says Pet Friendly. Yah then Booking.com doesn’t let you indicate that when booking. When you get to the property and let them know you have a pet under 15 pounds they said we just need your credit card for incidentals and didn’t tell me they were charging $80.00 for having a pet ON TOP OF MY BOOKING.COM rate sooo what was going to be 120.00 rate ended up being over $200.00 this is highway robbery I will be complaining to booking.com and Hilton both

  Incredible exposure to the waterfront. Covered parking felt secure. The King bed was ver comfortable. We appreciated the coffee, juice snd other breakfast items. The location is absolutely terrific.

  The complimentary breakfast was pretty average for the price of the room. Some items were gone and there were no plates. The breakfast hours were 7-10. We arrived at 8:45 am so were surprised at the lack of plates and some breakfast items.
