Well located for visits to Newburyport, Salem and Marblehead.. unit was very clean and staff were in contact via text daily to check on needs. Great cafe, train station, liquor store all walkable.

This property is very nasty. The air didn’t work in my room and when I called the office they said it was because it was very hot outside. The toilet would not flush our entire stay and he said he had someone coming to fix it but he didn’t come until the day we checked out. There were soo many roaches in the room, they were even crawling around in the bed. Sorry for the toilet picture but this is how our toilet had to stay.

There was a leak on the ceiling, leaking into me while I was in the shower. I didn’t realize that it was peeling paint until after a few minutes. I actually thought it was my sunblock breaking up (silly me). Then I look up and see chunks of the ceiling falling down. Toilet stopped working ( wasn’t clogged), sinks were clogged.
