Initially, upon entering the lobby area, it seemed like one as entered a wormhole portal ( a hypothetical point between space and time). The disposition and diversity of the two clerks presented with ergonomic correct postures and an ability to read one’s mind- by offering the perfect room, an amazing ambiance, the room offered silverware that Chef Ramsey would be proud of. Not to mention upon entering the room, to say the least it was captivating including the beautiful four white polar bear like pillows, not one by two Televisions, high ceilings, a sliding “Star Trek” like sliding bedroom door was an added touch, thusly all in all the whole stay was quite frankly a little too perfect, in effect “ an out of this world exceptional experience.

We asked for and paid for two rooms , one queen-size bed and one king-size bed and when we checked in they actually gave us two Queen beds so we paid for something and didn't get it. .

We only liked the shower. Compared to other showers, this one was awesome & helped "beat" the tension out of my neck & shoulders. Other than that, this was the worst stay ever.

I am so disappointed in this location for so many reasons. 1. First, we walk in and the AC wasn’t even on. It's Texas, they knew we were coming, and we didn’t even check in until around 7:30. It didn’t get cool until late at night, and even then it wasn’t cold, just tolerable. 2. Then, the key card kept failing. When we first got here, we had to go back down to have it reprogrammed. Delma said it was because the card was next to my phone, but my husband had it, and it was nowhere near his phone. After dinner, we had to go back AGAIN to get it reprogrammed, and this time it was in my husband’s wallet. 3. Also, the phone in the room didn’t work. I called at least 26 times while we were on the way, and it still didn’t work using my phone & the room phone. So, I had to go down in person to get it sorted at the end of the day. 4. When I went down, the guy at the front desk was carrying sheets, so I told him and Delma that (1) we needed sheets for the pullout bed and (2) when my son opened it, crumbs fell out. He said he’d bring sheets and a vacuum, but we never saw or heard from him again. Thankfully, we had an extra sheet to put on the mattress, but it’s just frustrating that the job wasn’t done right. 5. Breakfast was awful. My husband and I both tried a bit of everything and ended up tossing it all. How is toast even bad? After driving 9 hours, I was hoping the free breakfast would save us some money, but instead, I had to go spend more for breakfast for 3. It’s frustrating because I budgeted for gas and food, and now I’m out more cash. 6. The chair in the room needs to be replaced. I sat down and when I put my left foot on it, I almost cried because something was sticking out of it. My husband thought he did something, but I told him, “No, there’s something sticking out of the chair.” There's a white thing on the chair where you can feel it.
