  The property was SUPERB!! I’m gonna be honest…I didn’t expect for the property to be as nice as it was! It was right in the heart of Downtown Memphis! We walked to Beale street it was so close!! My twins and I had a lovely time! And never had to worry about parking either! The people in the building were friendly! The renter AND his assistant were amazing!! I was so nervous being a first time “renter” of such a beautiful Lucious space with a breathtaking view! The first night there, we watched the St. Louis Cardinals practice! Right from the apartment window! How wonderful! I plan on booking again one we return in a couple months! I was 100 percent satisfied with my stay!

  A spacious, well furnished, and lovingly cared for farmhouse. The pictures don't do it justice. Tastefully renovated with an appreciation for rural life. Multiple areas for groups to gather for conversation or meals. Appreciated the little notes around the house re: ac, or windows, etc. Much better than trying to remember something you read in a long pdf! Thank you! We had a lovely time. Exceeded our expectations.

  Great choice of hotels in the area at an affordable mid point price. Checked all the boxes and complimentary Breakfast was an above average surprise with many quality options that included sausage gravy and biscuits and warm fresh out of the oven iced cinnamon buns. Rear of hotel had a beautiful setting to watch the sunrise.

  The location was perfect for were we were going, but you get what you pay for, the smells coming from this Motel is gnarly but other then that as long as you in your room it’s clean, quiet and comfortable but the smell in the hall way and outside is just wow 😨
