      erica at reception sent us three times to room 125 with keycards that did not work before finally moving us to room 225. i waked with a severe backache after sleeping on the uncomfortable mattress. carpet needed cleaning

      I booked a mobility accessible room, but the room was not very well thought out. There is a desk in the little bit of hallway that goes to the bathroom that had to be moved just to be able to fit a wheelchair through there. The bathroom itself seem to be an afterthought as the floor was uneven with a ramp going up into the middle of the room and then down into the shower stall to make it accessible for a roll in, but an uneven floor like that is a disaster waiting to happen for somebody with mobility issues. Would’ve been better off just getting a regular room.
