Communication with host- didn't give me the right information that I needed when I asked for it Check in instructions were incomplete The bathroom smelt like cigarettes There was an enormous cocroach on the first night of our stay The windows in the rooms had no black out curtains so it was difficult to keep the rooms dark at night

I wanted a late check out because we are on a move and the desk guy said I had to go to the front desk talk to the Mgr at 6 am about that. We arrived at 2 am. So that was my only complaint

The rooms are horribly dated. Very little lighting in the back parking lot by the pool area. Coming in at dark is scary. Leaving your vehicle in that dark lot is concerning.

Lost of prostitution, had a man ask my minor child to come have a beer in his room and was asking questions wouldn't leave us alone, waited to see what room we was we still had 3 days left decided to check out early as I didn't want my kids around that type of environment
