Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. The parking lot had trash all over it, the room smelled of cigs and was supposed to be non smoking, the room was disgusting and there were feces on the wall in the bathroom.

The resort was right on the beach and had a very welcoming lobby and common area. My family enjoyed using the board games and sitting out on the beach in beach chairs provided by the resort.

The property could use a good once over for some maintenance repairs doesn’t need a whole lot but things like rotten wood and areas and discoloration of tiles make it look worn and dirty. My biggest complaint was at the restaurant the waitress made it sound like she forgot something for us so she was going to comp a dessert but then when I got the bill and the dessert was on there and it was awkward and confrontational when I had to ask about it in front of my family and friends. The last day we were at the property my kids and I went to go use the pool and it was not open and they are very disappointed.

The man sleeping out front on the ground. Then sat on the bench talking to everyone. Also the house keeper dragged her trash bag on the elevator and left leaking garbage an odor.
