Gorgeous hotel. Rooms were so nice! Loved the gym access, but did not plan on gym ... So my fit was thrown together. Lol Shuttle to the airport was convenient.

That you had to pay for parking. Communication from the front desk was not clear. When asked about the shuttle to the airport (by phone on our way there and at check in), was told to give them 5 mins and a shuttle will come take us to the airport. However, in the morning was told shuttle comes every 30mins to take guests TO the airport, but will come FROM the airport as needed. Miscommunication/misunderstanding of the shuttle service may have guests planning departures with not as much time as they thought. Please inform housekeeping that I'm sorry I was unable to leave a tip. I planned on it however the staff downstairs was just doing his job and not letting me leave my car downstairs for the 5 to 10 mins it would have taken me to get my last bag and mug. He insisted that he get my bag for me. So I couldn't even get the change I wanted to for the cash I wanted to break, I was all stressed out, and so no one got tipped that morning.

Checking in was a pain. Talking to an East Indian on a kiosk screen that you could barely understand. Told me I was in room 31 but neglected to tell me that the room was in a building across the street. So, it was the most frustrating experience I've had checking in to a room before. I wouldn't stay there again just because of that.

We has requested adjoining rooms and did not get them. Check in was slightly after 4 which didn’t give a lot of time. Also- no deadbolt that didn’t unlock with pulling the door handle so my toddler was easily able to get into the hallway by pulling the door handle.
