  There was a large group of people that came the day after we arrived. They were booked in many rooms alongside us and they were partying. The last night I had trouble sleeping because they were drunk and making too much noise until 1am.

  I didn’t like how messages were going back and forth between me and the Airbnb owner.(didn’t like how they were weren’t helpful with situations we had at the stay) first thing is when it’s over 95 degrees and the whole house was hot for the whole night we tried to tell them that the air filter was way too dusty to get a good flow of air and they didn’t seem to care. They also have control of the A/C while you’re still in there!! We had the house at 65 overnight to try to get the heat out of the place just to wake up for it to go back up to 85 degrees. The couch had leftover crumbs on it, it was bad to the point we needed to slap the couch to get all the crumbs off it was gross. Then you take the trash out to go a figure it’s locked so I had to throw it over and I am 6,2 if I had a little bit of a struggle getting into the trash I feel sorry for the people that are 5,10 and below. Then at the end getting told I was going to get my security deposit but to get it you’ll have to be on your phone all day just to get ahold of booking.com.
