      I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff when we ask for something. I also like the location of the hotel.

      Our room was hot and it took a long time for the AC to work. I appreciate the staff for being patient with us in adjusting the AC and giving us a fan to help. I hope the management will check their rooms and re-evaluate their AC's.

      Breakfast wasn't included, but the location was great.

      The bedroom blinds need updating, they kept falling down. The patio door wouldn't lock, and the storage door to the oven came off track when getting appliances. Other than that the unit was fine.

      The room was okay.

      Checking in was a pain. Talking to an East Indian on a kiosk screen that you could barely understand. Told me I was in room 31 but neglected to tell me that the room was in a building across the street. So, it was the most frustrating experience I've had checking in to a room before. I wouldn't stay there again just because of that.
