The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”

  Comfortable room, GREAT breakfast, plenty of parking, safe area, 5 minute drive to a cidery, easy drive to Ithaca downtown and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and let us check out 30 minutes later.

  Room / rug / bathroom were a little dated and there was a really loud pipe making water noises in our bathroom, but we had ear plugs and everything was fine.

  I loved the cleanliness, my room was larger than most hotels and I loved the large window.

  The air conditioner was not working in my room. I was told by the front desk receptionist that someone would come up and check it out but never showed up. I went to the front desk later and was told no one was there to fix the issue
