The price was good. The king bed was comfortable. The staff members are very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The pool area is well kept and clean. They have picnic tables with umbrellas as well as lounge chairs. They have free coffee all day. They also have maps and guides of local attractions. The location is really great. It's beyond the busy North Conway downtown traffic while still being only a few minutes away from there. We will stay there again.

The bed was too close to the wall on one side, so it was a challenge to get in and out on that side. The lights over the sink should be above the mirror instead of down along side where they are shining right in eyes. A shelf for toiletries would greatly improve the bathroom because there is very little space on the sink vanity.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants walking distance. It is also short walk to the Corning Museum of glass. I love the attention to details and well appointment room, with a confortable couch and a writting desk. Lovely place. I would stay there again.

The day we stayed Was the First And the 11 o'clock shift person Was absolutely horrible Our pull-up bed did not work we could not get it back in The mattress was filthy And we didn't want To sleep on it So I went down and asked him if they had A cot and he said no we have no cots He did not inform me that we could have had A air mattress I asked him to come up and try to get it down and he said I'm not a maintenance man So the next morning I told the person That was in charge and she said that should not have happened that they did have air mattresses And that he was being very rude We really enjoy staying at your place But I'm not going to anymore if That's the kind of service I'm going to get

One of the front desk ladies was not very nice! The one who checked us in was really nice but the one later was really rude. :( plus the water hasn't worked for more than 24hrs except for a Lil last nite but the toilets haven't worked for bout more than 24hrs now. 😞

WiFi is essentially unusable. In the few times I was able to connect speed was totally unacceptable. Most times I could not even connect. I mentioned this to staff, but they could not resolve the issue.
