The kitchenette was nice, the room was very clean. Staff were gracious and pleasant. Breakfast open until 10 was nice, the waffles were great 😋. Will definitely stay again on my next visit 🙂

The price was a little high, but everything has gone up. The breakfast was decent , the sausage was a little overcooked. Bacon would be a plus option😋 All things considered it was a very nice place to stay

My room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable. I wasn't too impressed with the pillows though. They were kinda hard. Overall the room worked very well for my business trip.

I wish the staff wouldn't turn the refrigerator all the way up. I bring food with me on assignment and some of it froze solid. I'll have to start checking it when I get checked in from now on.

The location was great. We could take the back roads to Pigeon Forge,with little to no traffic. The cabin was the perfect size for two people. The hit tub was great.

It felt like we were in a subdivision. The houses were very close to one another. There was some dampness to the house. Possible mold in the bathrooms. It would have been helpful to have had a map showing the different ways to get in and out of Pigeon Forge. It would also have been helpful to have more directions for the hot tub.

Having the fridge inside of a cabinet was a bit troublesome because the fridge door wouldn't close properly and you had to shift the fridge.

Breakfast was very limited. I found a roach in my room. The bathroom shower faucet leaked water and couldn't be fully turned off. The gym was under renovations and was inaccessible.

The property is beautiful with all rooms refurbished and so nicely decorated with modern prints all around. There different areas to sit alone or in a small group and have privacy. The rooms are modern and beautifully furnished. The pool is the hi-light, quiet and very nicely landscaped. The beach is walking distance but the pool area provides much tranquility. The continental breakfast is delicious and served in a kitchen that has everything you need and then to sit outside by the pool in a calm and quiet atmosphere.
