      We did not stay as the room smelled smokey and one of our persons is asthmatic. The hotel was sub-par in its cleanliness. We requested a full refund.

      The facility was very dirty and the room smelled like smoke. We have a family member r who is asthmatic and c I understand not tolerate the smell.

      Location was perfect, close to outlets and all that North Conway has to offer.

      Floor in room was dirty, the handrailing outside to our room was new, but got at least 5 splinters every time you touched it. Went to use the pool and hot tub after a long day, only to find a family of about 40 all in there, taking up all the chairs, kids yelling, crying etc. Decided to go to our room and use the fireplace and jacuzzi tub... only to find neither of them worked. At 10:30pm we moved to a different room with working amenities. For the money I did NOT find it worth it. Sorry but will not be staying there again.

      Too close to the Fair grounds. The sprinkler system failed while we there. No help to get out of the building for guest was offered while the fire alarm was going off.
