Room was clean and quiet. Fresh cookies at check-in. Double sinks in 2 queen room. We had an early flight so left on 3AM shuttle which ran on time. Fresh fruit and muffins were available at no charge at this early hour at the front desk even though breakfast was not available yet. This was very thoughtful. Partner used the WiFi for laptop and was satisfied with the service.

We specifically booked this hotel because of the 24 hour a day shuttle to and from the airport. After arriving at Island 2 at PDX for offsite hotel shuttles, I called the hotel front desk to request the shuttle but the message was not immediately relayed to the driver and we had to wait a long time for the shuttle to arrive. The driver was kind and the morning shuttle ran on time to the airport.

The Hotel Bedding was so Comfortable and Cozy! I want to purchase for my residence. I loved the European Duvets for two. The mattress was so comfortable and I loved the service of holding my luggage even after checking out so that we could go eat and enjoy the city. They were unable to give us a check out, but the fact they held our luggage was amazing and staff was amazing!!!

There weren't any negatives. A bit of brown water (rust) came out of the faucet and showerhead when I first ran it, but quickly dissipated.

Hallway Carpet has a slight musty smell and the hot water in the canister tasted and smelled like residual coffee plus the water was light brown.

The room was supposed to be a king and were given 2 full beds. The furniture was old, stained, and decapitated. Duvet cover had a hole, and the duvet was all bunched up on both beds. Additionally, each entrance stair well smelled horribly musty. Many people walked in instantly made comments like we had. The light between beds had a broken peice with a missing bulb too!
