  Location to stadiums and restaurants. Staff was great, especially our housekeeper on the 9th floor. Very engaging and asked if we needed anything multiple times, even while walking down the hallway. The rest of the staff was great as well

  The property was in the perfect spot for me visiting my military son and granddaughter. It was her first birthday.

  One of our rooms smelled musty when talked with staff said there was no one to take care of the problem after we checked in and would have to take care of it the next day nothing was done room smelt the whole time we were there.

  Our air-conditioning didn't work great i had a hard time finding staff when I tried a few times was successful once after checking in and once when leaving but in-between no luck got towles from the pool eara because there where only 2 in the room with 4 guest .the TV was not working.

  Bahia resort did not fluff our room on the first day and they did not do it again on the second day when I talk to nighttime manager, Michelle, O she told me to call bookings.com and ask for a refund on resort fees. Which tells me they are not going to hold their staff accountable for poor service also when checking in, they could not find our reservations and after about 10 minutes, they found it reservation

  There was no blanket. Asked for one was told housekeeping wouldn’t get there till 930 still didn’t get one so I bought one. The tub is DISGUSTING. The AC didn’t blow hardly any air. Location should hire security. LOTS of sketchy stuff going on.
