  The view was beautiful. Room clean. Bed was comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator worked well. Room on the first floor due to mother being unable to climb stairs.

  Air conditioner extremely loud. Unable to sleep well, too hot first two nights to turn it off. No other room to transfer to, no repair man/weekend. Two queen beds for family stay, but only two chairs for table. Hot water stuck open, unable to adjust. Had to turn hot water on at sink to make it tolerable for bathing. No elevator.

  The condo-like feel. No breakfast included but bowls, silverware , mini fridge, microwave and kurig coffee maker. Great bathroom - large counter. Very roomy.

  Limited parking. Some street Reno going on creating noise. No one greets you. You are sent a code to the property. No elevator.

  We upgraded to a corner room on a higher floor and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The view was incredible and the room was bright.

  The only reason it wasn’t a 10 was because we don’t like barn doors for the bathrooms. Otherwise everything met or exceeded our expectations!

  The room was spacious, had a microwave and fridge. Easy to walk to town. Parking at the door.

  Odd room layout with the bed pushed very close to the wall even though the room was large, which made it hard for one person to get in and out. Towels were very thin. There was no coffee available before 7am, no coffee option in the room. Fan in the bathroom was connected to the light and so loud! Shower was very difficult to keep the water from going out on the floor.

  Low uncomfortable beds. Room was stuffy and felt unclean with the carpeting. I asked for 1st floor- with handy-cap accessibility . Was texted I was all set. Wound up on 4th floor. No shower accessibility.

  Two of the family members (myself being one of them) had been at your place approximately three years ago. Myself and a few family members, wanted to find a nice place up north and we suggested your place since we had such a great time the first time we visited. The cabin was perfect right by the water, roomy, beautiful scenery and a great host! Thank you for a wonderful couple of days. We will be back next year!
