The breakfast was good (not great). The pool was very nice, a comfortable temperature and roomy. There’s an EV charger (slow AC charge) right behind the hotel, which was convenient for overnight charging.

I wish I’d known it was undergoing renovation before I’d booked it. It was in a very obvious “in-between” state that definitely dampened the vibe and the overall comfort.

The personnel were great, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and the pool and bar area was secluded which was a nice feeling. Sheets were soft and clean.

I check in around 2:55 on Saturday morning 8/23 and asked the young lady for a late check out, and she said ok. The next morning, I get a Knox on the door, and they gave me and my family 5 mins to get out. I had my 93-year-old Mother with me. I explained I had asked for a late check out, the front desk said they did not have a note from the night shift. I emailed the manager and did get an answer. I will never stay at one of your hotels again. The staff did not think my family was important enough to get back with me. (Maybe it is because we were Black, I don't know.) No worries I will let my family and friends know.
