  The room was clean and big (compare to other hotels on nyc) Also very quiet

  The staff was not the nicest. You have to pay to get in the pool (minimum 100 dollars per person!) They don’t write it, but if you want to sit next to the pool you have to reserve a sit, and must waste at least 100 dollars per person in the bar. Very disappointing.

  It was on 28th. Close to food and drinks.

  The lobby was dirty. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. The rooms were semi-clean. Like the beds were nice but the shower was dirty. The sink was a mess. There was 1 bar of soap already opened. No towels in the room or in the pool area. The hotel had a very weird smell and my key had to be reset every single time we left the room. Literally every single time. They ran out of food by 9am for breakfast and there was rust / dirt everywhere. Most rooms had bags of trash out side the door way was well. WIFI sucks

  The suites would be perfect if there were truly 3 queen beds as advertised. Instead, one of the suites had a pull down out of wall bed with such a mediocre mattress it felt more like a rack. Very, very uncomfortable. When I told management they replied not to use booking.com next time and I should call the hotel directly. What a joke. FALSE ADVERTISING. BUYER BEWARE

  Our check in agent did upgrade our room and we were given a beautiful view! It was nice and central to everything we wanted to do!

  We felt that staff were disrespectful to us girls and we had to leave areas multiple times. Our shower in our room would only give us boiling hot water and we ended up using our ice bucket and sink water to shower. As well as our fridge didn’t work all week. The resort was beyond busy and loud as well. All in all we would never stay here again
