      Great value for the price. It's a cheap bed to sleep while you explore LA. Other residents were quiet but friendly. Its South Central location felt safe enough and was close to other areas of LA you'd want to explore. Street parking fills up at night but I could always find a spot within a block.

      Be warned there are no lockers. The only security in the building is a code for the front door, but it was often left open by other residents. It's a hostel so expect your stay to be pretty spartan.

      The property is currently getting maintenance, so they’re painting and fixing old looking items. Overall we had a good experience. If they cleaned the window I think it would elevate the visual in the lobby…

      It was nice and it was clean.

      The third night we were there several vehicles were broken into. Fortunately ours was not. The police were there but did not offer videos of the people responsible. It was pretty sad to go on vacation and this happen.
