Spacious room in a nice Inn with a swimming pool. Few minutes drive from downtown Brattleboro. Room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Plenty of free parking. The family who owns the Inn couldn’t have been any nicer or knowledgeable. We took them up on a few of their dinner suggestions.

Location is good. Plenty of parking. Clean, nice and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Our rate included breakfast however, we were billed for it. Why? Because I got two cups of coffee for my wife and I before we came down for breakfast. The lady at the breakfast counter then proceeded to tell me that the two cups of coffee had consumed our breakfast ticket - something she failed to explain when I picked up the coffee. We pointed this out to the Front Desk and were told that it will be fixed later the day we checked out. Its been two days and the charge is still pending on my credit card. Frustrating!

Shower curtain didn’t close on either end causing water to go on the floor. Bathroom sink had a steady leak. No tissues. A cockroach was found in the bathroom and killed. The window had a leak, it rained and water came in.

The property was fine, but our sink made a gurgling sound every time anyone did anything with water. The mattress on the bed was something in on one side like someone had laid there for 10 years so that was a bit uncomfortable
