The floors were sweating, so they remained wet during our stay. An old cup was left in the frig… I had to go to the desk for toilet paper, only a small roll remaining… main problem was the wet floor.

I wouldn't say didn't like but would have like to hear music on the weekdays by the main screen pool. But the quiet was nice too. Also, the vent when you first walk in our room was visibly dusty. Perhaps make sure the cleaning service dust the vents after each stay. Maybe also look into offering wellness rooms. That's something that hotels are offering nowadays for those with severe allergies.

Did not like: BLACK MOLD was in the first room we were put in. When I brought up I was sick from being in a room with black mold, I was told I couldn't prove I was sick from it, that I waited to long to tell them. Basically I was blamed for there being black mold. 2nd room we were put in had no remotes to tv. The room had not been cleaned either. 3rd room there was more mold and water pouring into the room from the AC unit above it. 4th room bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. Apparently maintenance was in the room above us. When I went to use the restroom, water came pouring down from the vent in the ceiling. This happened both days we were in this room. After all this nothing was done. Not a night refunded nothing. I was told there's a chain of command. The higher ups would not be called. I had to deal with that fact. Or I could stay elsewhere. Let's not mention I made the reservation for this room online. I didn't have extra funds to pay for additional rooms. My recommendation is NEVER STAY at an EXTENDED STAY AMERICA.
