      Check in was smooth, the facilities were clean and just enough space with everything you need including washer/dryer and balcony! I would definitely stay here again! The downtown Broadway area was a short 10min walk and other restaurants and jazz club was 10mins the other way. It really was centrally located. We didn't need a car at all.

      The WiFi did not work as outlined in the facility guide. I had to reach out for help and still had trouble connecting. That was the only issue with Sentral everything else was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

      Breakfast was great every morning. We liked getting to choose from different options. We also enjoyed the DVD library and being able to watch movies in our room. This is also a great location for walkability. We didn’t need to use our car except to drive to Acadia.

      The highlight of our stay was Taylor, the breakfast attendant. I listened as she interacted with multiple guests (including a couple grumpy ones). She was genuinely pleasant, helpful, and considerate. Make sure to keep her on staff. She is an asset.
