      Staff was friendly even the Valet staff was friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful, very professional. I would definitely pick them again when I go to the ATL and we were next to the Ga aquarium in a nice location.

      The so called house keepers knocked on our door at 9:30am and they can't knock on your door til after 11am . They didn't even say they were house keeping but they knocked twice and then just barged in but luckily I had the door stopper activated cause we were both sleeping a little longer and the knock woke me up, I thought it was a robbery cause if I had of brought my pistol it would have ended alot different for those house keepers not following protocols. They was trying to get rooms cleaned early so they can leave early but it's not worth your life to do stupid things and not represent who you are cause what they did is what robbers do.

      Horribly dirty, offered no refund despite checking in and out in the same hour. Room was not cleaned, AC was off so we arrived to a damp, humid room with stains and foot prints on the sheets, hair in the sink, and someone’s old food in the fridge.

      It was a crappy little motel off the highway with some questionable people that seem to be living there… Can’t believe you guys charged me over $100 seemed like it was a pay by the hour type of motel very disappointed. I’m sure if I didn’t go through your service and just pulled up, I would’ve paid 50 bucks for the night
