  The bed was comfy, easy access to the work locations I needed to be at, and the staff was nice.

  The traffic on the street is way too loud. I didn’t sleep well any of the nights. The sink water smelled like sewer slightly. There was no water provided in room for the kurig.

  Location is central to downtown, right on hwy 2 like many otter hotels here.

  We received our room with dirty towels left by the previous guests. Rooms are old and could use a good deep clean, new amenities. Tub was rusty and the non slip mat adhered to the tub was broken and peeling. In general the facility is fine, just old and in need of updates.

  We got there at about 2:30am. The lady tells me she’ll try and get me a Kingsized bed—that’s what I had reserved but somehow was not available. Gives me a room key, and when we arrive it’s a double room and one of the beds was not made. She gave us another room, also a double. The door looked like someone had forced its entry in, and it had to be shoved open bc it stuck. The TV was on but cables were disconnected and there were white powered fingertips on the counter. The shower made a sound like you were horror film and the shower head had water squirting outside of the actual shower space. When I tried to do the checkout in the morning, I was asked I was sure I was staying in the room I said bc there was no record of me. Turns out the receptionist never checked me in. Hot mess! I should’ve taken more pictures but we just wanted to sleep when we got there given the time.
