I was expecting two pull-out beds but wasn’t told that one had been “out of order”. When we arrived at the facility there was a a tiny little sign on the arm of the couch stating the bed did not work. The floor in the bathroom by the toilet was a little soft, just caught me off guard. The only other thing I did not like was the access to that the lake had been drained and no one had said anything to us either. All in all for what we were traveling for it was good! We didn’t spend much time at the space only at night. But all in all a good experience.

It’s clean it’s friendly. It suits all my needs that I need for the weekend. The toilet seat was broken in my room and the pillows could be softer but otherwise I have a wonderful day every time. I’m a repeat customer. Very happy with my trip.

Staff at desk were so friendly. The room was very clean and had some updates. The location on the water and close to the mainland bridge was perfect for an Embry Riddle visit. The pool area was perfect.

It needs to be cleaned and maintained more. Last time we stayed it looked cleaner, now the grounds were unkept by the courtyard rooms and the courtyard had some trash.

The toiletries were insufficient and moisturizer seemed as though it had expired. (under normal circumstances I would not even use it but the airline sent my luggage elsewhere.
